Casa Linda Forest Real Estate Sales Data and Charts
Sales of single family homes in Casa Linda Forest have been strong over the last few years. While the data show that median prices have not risen as high in the neighborhood as some other areas of East Dallas, the median price per square foot has actually risen at a faster pace. It’s important to note that median prices do not adjust for smaller home sizes, thus a lack of increase could just mean that smaller homes have sold more frequently than larger homes (which also explains why the median price per square foot has risen faster). The inventory of homes has also been extremely low in recent years, which has helped to push home prices higher.
